5-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 5 business days from the date of delivery, but only for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Product Shipped: If you received a different product than ordered
  • Shipping Errors: Missing items or incorrect quantities
  • Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened Products: Any product with broken seal or opened packaging
  • Used Items: Products showing signs of use or testing
  • Damaged by Customer: Products damaged after delivery
  • Leaked or Contaminated: Items with broken seals or contamination
  • Personalized Items: Custom or personalized products

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, products must:

  • Be in original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
  • Have all original tags, labels, and accessories
  • Be in resalable condition (no damage, stains, or odors)
  • Include original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Be returned in the original shipping box or equivalent protective packaging

We'll email you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label if eligible.

Package the item securely using the original packaging if possible. Include all original items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange within 2-3 business days.

REFUND INFORMATION

Processing Time

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Credit card refunds may take 7-14 days to appear on your statement
  • We'll notify you via email once your refund is processed

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
